Trustees
At the organisations annual meeting the trustees are elected. The trustees are the people who are on the board, in the nominating committee and who are accountants. They have all been given their charge by the members at the annual meeting. The board of trustees meets almost every month (digitally or in person) for planning, discussion and decision-making on organisational issues.
Annual meeting
The annual meeting takes place in January and is RFSL Västmanland’s highest decision-making body. The board members, electoral committee, and auditors are elected during the annual meeting for the period of one year.
